Individual Therapy
Experience personalized music therapy designed to support your unique goals. At Rhythm & Renewal Music Therapy, we use music, creativity, and evidence-based techniques to help improve emotional wellbeing, communication, motor skills, self-expression, and overall quality of life.
Sessions are tailored for children, teens, and adults, including those navigating anxiety or depression, neurodiversity, developmental or intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or sensory needs. Sessions are offered in 50-minute or 30-minute formats, depending on your needs. No musical background required.
Available in-person in Tennessee and New Jersey and nationwide via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Group Therapy
Group music therapy offers a supportive, engaging space for connection, growth, and shared creativity. At Rhythm & Renewal Music Therapy, we facilitate groups that use music-making, rhythm, songwriting, and guided activities to build communication skills, social-emotional awareness, motor skills, self-expression, and a sense of community.
Groups are available for children, teens, and adults, including individuals with anxiety or depression, neurodiversity, developmental or intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or sensory needs. Each group is structured to meet participants where they are, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and meaningful interaction.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with specialized formats available based on group needs. No musical experience required.
Offered in-person in Tennessee and New Jersey, with select groups available via secure telehealth nationwide.

Adapted Lessons
Adapted music lessons at Rhythm & Renewal Music Therapy offer a supportive, individualized way to learn instruments and build musical skills. Blending traditional instruction with therapeutic techniques, we tailor each lesson to support attention, motor skills, communication, confidence, and overall enjoyment of music.
Designed for children, teens, and adults, including individuals with neurodiversity, developmental or intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or sensory needs.
Adapted lessons are available for: guitar, piano, ukulele, and voice.
